The NMHOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce our 2025 Annual Meeting and board of directors’ elections will take place virtually on Saturday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will include presentations and small group discussions providing useful information for manufactured home owners, including:
NMHOA is governed by a board of directors, which is elected for two-year terms. Half of the positions are elected in odd-numbered years. The positions up for election this year include:

- Successful campaigns to pass statewide Rent Stabilization legislation
- Model land use zoning changes for Manufactured Homes and Communities

- Executive Officers – First Vice President and Secretary
- Area Vice Presidents – Midwest Region Vice President, Northeast Region Vice President, Southeast Region Vice President, and Western Region Vice President
- At Large Members – Multiple positions
