The NMHOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce our 2024 Annual Meeting and board of directors’ elections will take place virtually on Saturday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will include presentations and small group discussions providing useful information for manufactured home owners, including:
NMHOA is governed by a 17-member board of directors, which is elected for two-year terms. Half of the positions are elected in even-numbered years. The positions up for election this year include:

- Federal and state manufactured housing legislation
- Grant and loan programs that support manufactured home owners and communities
NMHOA is governed by a 17-member board of directors, which is elected for two-year terms. Half of the positions are elected in even-numbered years. The positions up for election this year include:
- Executive Officers – President, Resident-Owned Communities Vice President, and Secretary
- Area Vice Presidents – Midwest Region Vice President and Southeast Region Vice President
- At Large Members – Four (4) at-large members' terms are up for reelection and additional at-large positions are available
